1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SABOR Records website, services, and content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

SABOR Records LLC (“SABOR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent record label based in Miami, Florida. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and SABOR Records.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Music Submissions

Artists may submit music demos and materials through our designated submission portal. By submitting music, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to review, evaluate, and internally share your submission with our A&R team for the purpose of considering you for a partnership.

You retain all ownership rights in your submitted materials. We do not claim ownership of unsolicited submissions. However, we cannot guarantee that every submission will be reviewed or receive a response beyond our stated 21-day review period.

Any submission that violates the rights of third parties, contains hate speech, or promotes illegal activity will be rejected without notice.

4. Artist Agreements

Our standard artist contracts are available upon request and are subject to separate negotiation. All artist agreements are governed by their own terms, which supersede these general Terms of Service where applicable.

SABOR Records operates on an artist-first model. Our standard terms include an 80/20 revenue split in the artist's favor, full creative control provisions, master reversion clauses, and transparent accounting.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of SABOR Records or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as necessary for personal, non-commercial use.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services or to any systems or networks connected to them.

7. Purchases and Store

All purchases made through our online store are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Digital purchases are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

Physical merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SABOR Records shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
